The Modero's: Got More for Their Money With a Fixer-Upper

David and Jensyn Modero looked at three-bedroom homes that were out of their price range before realizing that they could find a house they liked and make it perfect.

The couple found a home in Roselle Park that fit their budget, tastes and lifestyle, and they are happy with their purchase.

"It's an investment so it's just making sure it's exactly what you want," Jensyn said.
